- My life pretty much revolves around my family. I have a wonderful husband and we have 3 beautiful kids. His daughter, Emily is the oldest at 13 years then there is our 4 year old Kara, and finally our son who is 11 months. They are all so much fun. Kara just loves her big sister Emily. She tries so hard to be just like her. I find that when Emily is with us, Kara just follows her around all day (usually gets on her nerves) but what are big sisters for, right? My son Matthew is now walking, so apart from trying to withhold a full time job, manage the house, i now have to keep twinkle toes out of everything. I guess that is just another joy of parenting. My husband Eric now runs his own business out of our shop and he just loves it.
